GSA was established in 1990, founded by Paolo Gueltrini and Antonio Stignani, and offer more than 20 years of experience of a broad range of professional abilities with innovative approach in matter of landscape architecture, structural design, utilities engineering, geology, safety & loss prevention, agricultural & natural sciences.

Our commitment, is to make the most of urban space planning opportunities, industrial, extra-urban or suburban landscape redevelopments and infrastructure design, outdoor touristic and sporting areas with in depth relationships and respect to the environment, historical heritages, local culture and sustainable resources.

Our team can deliver complex landscape architectural solutions to a wide range of customers from private developers to local authorities following local design codes and directives.

Notable planning projects include the Green Plan of Comune di Ravenna with arch. Andreas Kipar; country, public parks and golf courses like Old Head of Kinsale, in Ireland, Meloneras Golf in Gran Canaria, Barbados Golf in the Caribbean with Arch. Ron Kirby and the Ferrara University Golf Club. Recently the Verdura international Golf and SPA Resort in Sicily has been opened, a touristic complex in the Sicilian Landscape between olive and orange trees facing the shore. The partnership between GSA and Bates Golf Design is actually operating on a large number of projects in the European and African continent.

With the Public Park of San Donà del Piave near Venice, GSA, in association with arch. Cino Zucchi, has been awarded with the Honourable Mention at the “Gold Medal for Italian Architecture” Awards 2009 organized by Triennale di Milano.
